When do I get my free bag?
On your 7th order, you'll receive an email with your reward — choose a free bag of coffee or donate the $20 value to the William Osler Health System Foundation. Simply reply to the email with your choice. If we don't hear back after the first email, we'll follow up personally to make sure you get your reward.
How do I get my friends & family discount code?
Your personal discount code matching your subscription rate will be sent to you after your first subscription order. Share it with family, friends, and coworkers so they can enjoy the same savings. If you've misplaced your code, just email us at themisterbrewer@gmail.com and we'll resend it right away.
What roasts are available for subscription?
All four roasts — The Royale, The Commander, The Double Agent, and Sottile Decaf — are available as subscriptions.
Can I swap my coffee bag to a different roast?
Absolutely! Head over to the Subscription Login using your email address and update your order right there — swap your roast, change your grind, or adjust your frequency anytime before your next order processes.
Can I change my delivery frequency?
Yes — log in to your subscription portal with your email address and update your frequency anytime. Switch from monthly to bi-weekly or slow things down — it's completely up to you.
