☕️ The Commander is a Vienna Roast.

Vienna Roasts are characterized by a slightly deeper colour than an American Roast, with light spots of oil on the bean's surface. This oil, which comes from within the coffee bean, is brought to the surface by the prolonged roasting time.

☕️ The Royale is a City Roast.

City Roasts are characterized by their medium brown colour and faint oil patches. They tend to have greater body and sweetness than other roasts.

☕️ Double Agent is a French Roast.

Considered a double roast, this dark coffee category is often characterized by an intense and smoky flavour, accompanied by a medium body and mouthfeel.

☕️ Sottile is a French Roast.
