Taking top honours two years running is a milestone that means the world. More than anything, it confirms something I've believed in since day one: people care deeply about what goes into their daily cup, and craft quality will always beat mass-produced filler.

Building and running a small business while balancing my full-time job, personal life, and caring for my Nonna means no shortage of late nights. Between hand-packing bags late into the evening and delivering coffee directly to doorsteps all across the GTA, the hours are long—but coming home late after a long day of roasting and delivering is something I still love just as much as the day I started.
